Upon
acceptance to the NCC PPO,
each provider is assigned a
Provider Relations
Representative who serves as the
liaison between the provider and
NCC's clients. Should any
questions or concerns develop,
the assigned Provider Relations
Representative will afford any
and all solutions.
Each member of the NCC PPO
is individually contacted by his
or her representative within the
first month of initiation. This
contact provides a formal
"Welcome" to our
organization.
In addition to occasional
provider visits, participating providers
are given documentation, which
details the procedures and
protocols of our PPO. Providers
are encouraged to refer to this
documentation for supplemental
help.
Ongoing education is offered to
providers via telephone,
correspondence, and on-site
visits by our provider relations’
staff. NCC will keep
providers apprised of changes in
state laws which directly affect
provider billing requirements
and pre-authorization as it
relates to workers'
compensation. We realize that
incorrect and/or unsubstantiated
provider billing is costly to
all parties involved.
